At P R Bates we supply customers with an extensive range of top quality, affordable building aggregates. With over 25 years of experience, our friendly, knowledgeable team can help you choose the right materials for any construction project — domestic, commercial or trade.
Materials are held on site at our Benfleet yard so you can visit, inspect and choose what you need. We also deliver across Essex in loads from 1 to 20 tonnes, and provide recycling, free tipping and plant hire from the same operation.

At Our Benfleet Yard.
PR Bates recycles pure concrete to produce Type 1 crushed concrete and uses hardcore to produce 6F2. We are registered concrete recyclers in Essex.
Recycling concrete keeps material out of landfill, reduces demand for virgin aggregate and supports practical, cost-effective construction. As part of our environmental commitment, we are members of the Essex Wildlife Trust.
